Divorce Packages >> Tier three – ‘Just a little advice please’

Perhaps you do not want to face the divorce process without some guidance and/or assistance and the ability to ask questions as and when difficulties arise. Tier three, has been designed in order to provide you with advice, whilst at the same time enabling you to again limit your costs. Such advice is limited to one hour for those starting the divorce (Petitioners) and half an hour for those responding (Respondents). Again this tier provides for completion of the divorce forms that are set out in tier two above but with the added benefit of being able to speak to one of our family specialist solicitors on any queries that you may have over and above the divorce and its procedure.

Often with matters such as working agreements regarding the children or where you wish to consider how best to deal with the financial part of the divorce, you will have queries but you do not wish to incur escalating legal fees that you are unable to meet. Perhaps you wish to have explained to you what terms such as “financial clean break” and “property transfer” mean and to know whether or not such matters are relevant to you.
